AVOCADO CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

Ingredients

  • 4-5 each Avocados, medium to large, ripe (4 large or 5 medium)
  • 3 oz. Bittersweet chocolate
  • 2 T. Maple syrup, 100% pure
  • 1/8 tsp. Pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp. Kosher salt

Instructions

  • Add flesh of avocados to a food processor.
  • Prepare a double broiler by adding 4-5 cups of water to a small to medium pot. Bring to a simmer then top with bowl.
  • Melt chocolate, constantly stir, and add to the food processor with avocados.
  • Add remaining ingredients to food processor then pulse until smooth.
  • Enjoy at room temperature or chill for 10-60 minutes if desired and top with toasted coconut and strawberries or enjoy as you please.
