Pretty, crunchy, colorful, and delicious, this combo is the perfect addition to a crudite board or potluck. Dip any vegetables you'd like – carrots, celery, jicama, watermelon radishes, and bell peppers are some of our top choices.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups raw vegetables, sticks or slices
  • 2 avocados, peeled and deseeded
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp. fresh lime juice
  • Sea salt to taste

Instructions

  • Place avocados in food processor with garlic, lime juice, and salt. Blend until creamy smooth and serve.
  • Plate with a vegetable medley of your choice.
