ORANGE ROSEMARY TONIC

- 4 each Naval or Valencia Oranges, freshly juiced (substitute for 5-6 tangerines if desired)
- 2 each Lemons, juiced
- 1 each Lime, juiced
- 1 sprig Fresh rosemary, leaves removed
- 1 tsp. Pure vanilla extract
- 2 tsp. Agave nectar
- 16 oz. Sparkling water, plain or flavor of choice
Freshly juice all citrus and add to a pitcher.
Add rosemary leaves to the juice and muddle or “mash” leaves into citrus with a whisk or equipment of choice.
Whisk in vanilla and agave. Chill citrus concentrate for 5-10 minutes in the fridge or room temperature to allow the rosemary to settle.
Pour 3-4 oz. of concentrate into an ice filled glass.
Top each glass with 4 oz. of sparkling water.
Garnish with more rosemary, blueberries or freshly sliced pears. Enjoy!

Nutrition Information: This tonic is rich in vitamin C and is great alternative to an alcoholic beverage. Feel free to use fresh sage or a different herb if desired. Gluten-free, nut free, dairy free.
