Stir together all ingredients except for the ground turkey, maple syrup, and apple in a small bowl.
Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and set aside.
Wearing gloves, in a large bowl, break up the ground turkey a bit, then pour in the seasoning mixture, maple syrup, and apple. Use your hands to combine the mixture.
Divide the mixture into 16, 2oz portions, then form into patties about 2 ½-inches wide.
Place patties on the prepared baking sheet, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
When you’re ready to cook the sausage, heat a splash of oil in a nonstick or cast iron pan over medium heat.
Working in batches, sear the patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until internal temperature is 165F. Enjoy!
