Arugula,
fresh and packed

Garlic cloves,
peeled

Parmesan cheese,
shredded

Pine nuts or walnuts,
roasted

cup
Extra virgin olive oil
to taste
Salt and pepper
Instructions
In a food processor combine first four ingredients (batches if necessary), 2 T. of EVVO, S&P and pulse to combine.
In mixing bowl combine contents from food processor and remaining EVOO.
Check consistency and adjust seasonings.
Place in quart container, plastic wrap sealing air inside container, place lid on container. Enjoy!
