CINNAMON PECAN BUTTER

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Pecans, raw
  • ½ tsp. Cinnamon, freshly ground if possible (use spice grinder, optional)
  • 1 ½ T. Pure maple syrup
  • 2 T. Coconut oil, room temperature, separated
  • ¼ tsp. Kosher salt

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to the food processor, except for 1 of coconut oil, to a food processor.
  • Blend/pulse for 2 minutes. Scrape sides down and add remaining coconut oil and blend for additional minute to 90 seconds. Season to taste. Enjoy!
