CINNAMON PECAN BUTTER

Total Time: 5-10 minutes
- 2 cups Pecans, raw
- ½ tsp. Cinnamon, freshly ground if possible (use spice grinder, optional)
- 1 ½ T. Pure maple syrup
- 2 T. Coconut oil, room temperature, separated
- ¼ tsp. Kosher salt
Add all ingredients to the food processor, except for 1 of coconut oil, to a food processor.
Blend/pulse for 2 minutes. Scrape sides down and add remaining coconut oil and blend for additional minute to 90 seconds. Season to taste. Enjoy!
Serving Size: heaping tablespoon
