CASHEW CAESAR DRESSING

- 1 cup Cashews, raw and soaked in cold water overnight
- 1 ¼ cup Cold water, cold water is essential
- 1 T. Capers
- 1 T. Nutritional yeast
- 1 T. Lemon juice, fresh
- 1 T. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 each Garlic cloves, peeled
- ¼ tsp. Salt
- 1/8th tsp. Black pepper
Drain cashews from water.
Add all ingredients to a blender and puree until smooth.
Season to taste and enjoy!
Servings: 8-10
Serving Size: 1 ½ - 2 T.
Nutrition Information: This Caesar dressing is a dairy-free alternative that still gets you a classic creamy and rich feel. Cashews are a softer nut that is easy to blend once soaked, but soaked macadamia nuts or soaked slivered almonds would be a unique alternative. Gluten-free, dairy free.
