Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups whole pecans
  • ½ cup grapeseed oil, or flavorless plant oil of your choice
  • 1 Tbsp. maple syrup, 100% pure
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract, 100% pure
  • ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to food processor and pulse until desired consistency, approximately 2-4 minutes. Time will vary according to the power of your food processor and whether you prefer your nut butter smoother or crunchier.
  • Enjoy the nut butter in a smoothie, on sprouted grain bread, or with your favorite fruit.
