When you leave Skyterra, it can feel overwhelming to put everything into practice at home. That’s why we’ve developed a website filled with FREE resources curated to help you stay on track and achieve your goals at home. Go to skyterraathome.com or scan the QR code below:
Click the free resources tab in the center. There you can click “watch” for our expansive video library which includes Connect, yoga and fitness classes, as well as movement and mobility demo videos.
Maybe you need a refresher from our talks? Click “read” to access all of our educational handouts and additional resources such as our healthy grocery brand list or recommended fitness equipment. You can also click “listen” to access and tune into our podcast, Inspired Intentions, designed to help you reset habits and jump-start change.

Sunrise flow is a gentle flow yoga practice. Best performed in the morning, this yoga practice includes intentional fluid and mindful movements, and breath awareness to soothe stress and start your day in a relaxed way. Simple Recipes to Start with at Home
Strawberry Vinaigrette
This dressing is the perfect blend of sweet and tangy. It pairs well with dark leafy greens and most proteins including chicken, shrimp, salmon, pork tenderloin, chickpeas and more. This can easily be substituted with a seasonal fruit, including pears in the fall or clementines in the winter. Scan the QR code to access:
Cashew Zucchini Cakes
If you are looking for a crowd-pleasing, freezer-friendly and plant-forward protein then these Cashew Zucchini Cakes won’t disappoint. These reheat well and can easily be adjusted with your preference of seasonings. Scan the QR code to access:
Hike Bites
These are typically made in a food processor and freeze well if you make more than you’d like. Feel free to adjust the ingredients.
