How LoseSmart Works

The LoseSmart program at Skyterra Wellness is a four-week program designed to help you establish sustainable lifestyle patterns and live well while prioritizing fat loss. Each week, you are invited to attend a variety of private group sessions that include and are not limited to: fitness, yoga, nutrition, therapy and culinary classes.

On your first Monday in the program, you will receive a body composition and mobility screening followed by a brief orientation to our program before you jump into classes. All LoseSmart guests meet together for a huddle and luncheon on Mondays and it is a great space to get to know each other. 

Every Friday morning to follow, you will have another opportunity for a body composition screening and that afternoon, you will meet with the LoseSmart team (coach, dietitian, nurse) to review your progress, discuss your weekly goals, answer any questions or concerns, and plan your next week. If you bring your most recent lab work, this information will also be reviewed and will assist in planning your weekly schedule and nutrition plan. 

In LoseSmart, you not only learn the Skyterra approach, but actively put into practice sustainable strategies to maintain weight loss. By the end of your stay, you will have expanded your knowledge, increased your confidence in all areas of wellness, and will leave with the skills and mindset to maintain a healthy lifestyle at home.
