Life Coaching with Beth, Single Session
Life coaching supports your efforts to design and live an inspired life. The goal is to align your body, mind, heart and actions with your intentions. This is an opportunity to explore specific challenges in the most critical areas of your life such as health, love, family, relationships and career.
Beth Tansey Peller is an RN, National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach with advanced training from Wellcoaches School of Coaching. She is also an International Coach Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach with more than 500 hours of coaching. Her coaching approach is supportive, affirming, curious and warm. She honors the space you need to gain insights, new perspectives and implement your choices.
In this one-hour session Beth will encourage you to choose what you want to delve into, help you define the vision of what it is you want for yourself, explore the inner strengths you have to overcome what typically gets in your way, and help you strategize to achieve your desired outcome.
After experiencing this focused session, many guests go on to schedule ongoing coaching support to be held accountable, maintain momentum, celebrate successes, and learn and course correct along the way to make their inspired intentions become real routines that are integrated into their lives.
