Ingredients
16oz.water
2bags black tea of your choice
1/2stick cinnamon
3podscardamom
1/2inchfresh gingerpeeled and sliced
2black peppercorns
1/2can full-fat coconut milk
1/2vanilla bean pod
1T.honey, raw and local if possible
Instructions
Bring water to a boil and add all ingredients except for tea bags.
Once boiling, remove from heat. Add tea bags and allow to steep for 10 minutes. Pour into mugs to serve.
