AVOCADO CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

Total Time: 15 minutes
- 4-5 each Avocados, medium to large, ripe (4 large or 5 medium)
- 3 oz. Bittersweet chocolate
- 2 T. Maple syrup, 100% pure
- 1/8 tsp. Pure vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp. Kosher salt
Add flesh of avocados to a food processor.
Prepare a double broiler by adding 4-5 cups of water to a small to medium pot. Bring to a simmer then top with bowl.
Melt chocolate, constantly stir, and add to the food processor with avocados.
Add remaining ingredients to food processor then pulse until smooth.
Enjoy at room temperature or chill for 10-60 minutes if desired and top with toasted coconut and strawberries or enjoy as you please.
