Spa Services
- Schedule a treatment in our relaxing spa to enhance your stay and incorporate the health benefits of massage: reduced muscle tension, improved circulation, reduction of stress hormones, added relaxation, and increased joint mobility and flexibility. Available services include: massage, facial esthetics, acupuncture and body treatments.
- If you are unable to make your appointment without giving at least 24 hours notice, you will be charged for your service. You may cancel your appointment in Schedulista, via email at guestservices@skyterrawellness.com, or by telling a Spa or Guest Services team member.
Dr. Campanile, Physician
- Dr. Teresa Campanile, MD, ABIM, ABIHM, ACAM, is Skyterra’s staff physician, offering her extensive expertise in both mainstream allopathic and alternative medical therapies. With dual board certification by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Integrative and Holistic Medicine, Dr. Campanile has over a decade of experience in integrating these diverse medical disciplines. She is available to meet with guests to provide an enhanced level of support, consultations, and advanced nutrient therapies. She believes in close physician partnership, especially during times of intensive health initiatives. Her consultations are personalized and meaningful, and are designed to give actionable guidance to guests that they take on during and after their stay.
Physical Therapy Session/Dry Needling
- The Physical Therapy Consult is a one-hour, one-on-one session with a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy. Receive an in-depth assessment, education, and treatment to overcome pain and improve your health and movement.
Therapy Sessions
- Depression, anxiety, trauma and addiction are experienced in a variety of ways, and these feelings are familiar, yet uncomfortable. If you want to find relief and support on your journey, schedule an appointment with our therapist. Together, we will craft a treatment plan to address your specific needs and focus on creating positive outcomes for your life.
Life Coaching
- Life coaching supports your efforts to design and live an inspired life. The goal is to align your body, mind, heart and actions with your intentions. This is an opportunity to explore specific challenges in the most critical areas of your life such as health, love, family, relationships and career.
Nutrition Consultations
- Meet with our Registered Dietitian for a personal nutrition session customized to your needs. You will receive a nutrition plan as well as supporting recipes to set yourself up for success.
Fitness Rx
- Sit down with a wellness coach to co-create your custom fitness plan to help you continue your wellness journey when you return home.
Personal Training
- Whether you want to improve your form or work on rehabilitating specific weaknesses, there’s no better way than a personal experience with a fitness coach. Our trainers utilize information from your mobility screening to tailor the session to your needs and goals.
Private Yoga
- Enhance breathwork practices, improve basic knowledge, strength, balance, alignment and/or flexibility. This session provides an unparalleled, individualized healing experience, one that fosters safe, supportive expansion and growth while nourishing the connection of the mind, body and spirit.
Private Culinary Experience
- Learn to cook meats, vegetables or starches in a new and healthy way. Gain hands-on experience and cooking techniques using your own tools in the space and privacy of our teaching kitchen.
Private Recreation
- Options include fly fishing, archery, hiking/nature tours, guided mindfulness walks, self-defense, tai chi, zip-lining, horseback riding, kayaking, tubing. Some options may not be offered year round. Ask about our seasonal recreation offerings, as some options may not be listed here.
Private Assisted Stretch and Massage Gun Recovery
- Helping the body recover from exercise is critical to our performance and overall health. This 60-minute assisted stretch and massage gun session will help to reduce muscle soreness, increase range of motion and correct postural deviations in your body.
Private Swim Instruction
- Meet with a swim coach one-on-one to learn the basics of stroke technique and how to incorporate swimming and aqua fitness into your wellness routine
Private and Small Group Pickleball Instruction
- Meet with one of our pickleball coaches for beginner through advanced instruction. Practice technique, learn strategies and build confidence playing the game.
