Habit Tracker: Daily Activity

Purpose: To monitor the amount of physical movement that occurs each day. Walking has been shown to aid in weight loss and is excellent for weight maintenance.

Action: Write down how many steps OR minutes walked each day. 

Note: We are imperfect humans. Intentionally, Sunday is not included on this tracker. Take a day for rest and recovery.
