Weekly Reflections
Purpose: To be aware of what you are sensing and feeling in the moment without interpretation or judgment.
Action: STOP: S-Stop what you’re doing, put things down. T-Take a deep breath. O-Observe thoughts/feelings/emotions. P-Proceed with something that will be supportive in that moment.
Note: Tune into your body, reconnect with yourself. Allow yourself to feel all the feelings and emotions, become aware of what may be causing them, and then ask yourself what you want to do about it.
