Habit Tracker: Hydration

Purpose: Water is critical for every cellular activity that happens in our bodies. Studies have shown that drinking water can help facilitate weight loss, aid in muscle gain, and help our bodies feel better overall. 

Action: Write down how many ounces of water you consume each day.

Note: We are human and are not perfect. Intentionally, Sunday is not on this tracker. Take a day off from tracking water consumption.
