Signature Talk: Inspired Intentions

Are you tired of never fulfilling your intentions long term? It’s not your fault. You have never been given a process. Learn how to create awareness by reflecting on your life accounts, develop clarity by crafting a vision, and build confidence by removing the first domino and aligning the next two.

Assess Your Life Accounts

  • How do we define a life account?
  • The drift can be a powerful place to be because life is made up of seasons
  • We are all juggling five balls and there is no reason to let any of them drop
  • All of us are struggling in at least one of our life accounts:
    • Identify which account needs attention
    • Identify which account is getting in your way
    • Exhibit self-compassion.

“Every time you say yes to something, you are saying no to something else.”

— Greg McKeown

Create a Vision

  1. Outcomes/quarterly goals
  • What do you really want?
  • Think about what you hope to achieve 3-6 months from today. This will naturally create a sense of urgency and enough time to see progress.
  1. Why/reason(s)
  • How will your life be different?
  • The WHY is the nucleus when great things happen.
  1. Identity
  • What type of person will you become?
  • Live the life you were meant to live.

Start the Domino Effect

  1. Doing less of the one thing that always gets in your way (removing).
  2. Lower your initial expectations and don’t plug in too much (adding).
