When you think about life we have to remember that we rely on energy. We use it everyday. It is the fuel for each of our gas tanks. Energy is the strength and vitality required for sustained physical and mental activity.
If there’s no destination, there’s no path to get there, and no need for strategy or goals. When you have a clear vision, you will eventually find the right strategy to arrive where you want to go. A vision is fixed, but the strategies flex depending on the circumstances. And who hasn’t had to flex lately?

It is a situation that evokes learning, growth and hopeful improvement. The positive from trigger events is that they force you to show up differently.
