Welcome to week number six of Ignite and Inspire: Eight Weeks to Elevate Your Life. This week is all about celebrating balance and the wobble that we all feel as we find that moving place of homeostasis! Through the classes, journal prompts and recipes I invite you to explore what it feels like to consciously elevate your life. What do you wish to invite more of into your life? Where in your life do you wish to invite more of a full-body YES? 

A glimpse into this week’s lineup: a mobility class that focuses on the calves and quads with Jeff, a 23-minute Connect class with Caroline, and a chance to get the insider Skyterra scoop on our delicious turkey burgers and creamy broccoli soup.


Assignment One: Fitness

Grab your Yoga Tune Up ball and your foam roller to focus on health knees by creating more space through the calves and quads during this mobility class with Jeff! 


Assignment Two: Culinary/Nutrition

Learn how easy it can be to prepare nourishing and delicious creamy broccoli soup with tons of fiber, vitamin C and cancer-preventative compounds, as well as turkey burgers, sweet potato fries and green beans! Yum! To your health!


Assignment Three: Stress Management

Enjoy a yoga practice that focuses on strength and balance with Caroline. This mindful practice builds strength in the body as you move through various flows and numerous balancing postures. Take 23 minutes just for you! 


Week Six Final Thoughts

Make a list of everything that you would like to say “yes” to. What do you want MORE of in your life? What do you wish to expand? Tap into flow of consciousness and set a timer for 6 minutes, and do not take your pen off the page.
