Mobility Routine: Knees
Aching knees? It’s very common to have issues with this joint. Jeff’s 12-minute routine for knee health and mobility is an excellent way to prevent and alleviate knee pain. First, we’ll use a yoga tune-up ball on the calves, followed by knee pumps to really loosen up the joint, and then some foam rolling on the quads. You’ll need a yoga tune-up ball and a foam roller. An exercise mat or yoga mat is also recommended.
