Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • ½ cup dried apricots
  • ½ banana, frozen
  • ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup cashews
  • ½ quart almond milk, or unsweetened milk of your choice

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
