Ingredients
- 4-6 each Strawberries, whole, stem removed
 - 1/3 cup Olive oil
 - 2 T. Coconut oil, room temperature or melted if desired
 - ¼ cup Balsamic vinegar
 - 2 T. Honey, local
 - ½ tsp. Salt
 - 1 pinch Black pepper, optional
 
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients to a blender and puree until smooth.
 - Season dressing to taste and adjust as desired.
