Total Time 20 minutes


  • 4 cups Almonds, slivered/sliced and lightly toasted
  • 2 T. Honey, local
  • ½ oz. Vanilla extract
  • 2 cups Full fat canned coconut milk


  • Roast almonds on a parchment paper lined sheet pan for 5-10 minutes at 350F until lightly golden brown.
  • Remove from oven, using a food processor combine remaining ingredients with hot almonds and blend for 5-10 minutes. Finished product should have small almond texture.
  • Transfer almond yogurt to mixing bowl and cool using ice bath.
  • Enjoy!
