Ingredients
- 4 cups Almonds, slivered/sliced and lightly toasted
- 2 T. Honey, local
- ½ oz. Vanilla extract
- 2 cups Full fat canned coconut milk
Instructions
- Roast almonds on a parchment paper lined sheet pan for 5-10 minutes at 350F until lightly golden brown.
- Remove from oven, using a food processor combine remaining ingredients with hot almonds and blend for 5-10 minutes. Finished product should have small almond texture.
- Transfer almond yogurt to mixing bowl and cool using ice bath.
- Enjoy!
