Ingredients:
4-5 each Avocados, medium to large, ripe (4 large or 5 medium)
3 oz. Bittersweet chocolate
1 oz. Cocoa Powder
2 T. Agave, 100% pure
1/8th tsp. Pure vanilla extract
¼ tsp. Kosher salt
Preparation:
- Add flesh of avocados to a food processor.
- Prepare a double broiler by adding 4-5 cups of water to a small to medium pot. Bring to a simmer then top with bowl.
- Melt chocolate, constantly stir, and add to the food processor with avocados.
- Add remaining ingredients to food processor then pulse until smooth.
- Enjoy at room temperature or chill for 5-10 minutes if desired and top with toasted coconut and strawberries or enjoy as you please.
