AVOCADO CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

Ingredients:

4-5 each Avocados, medium to large, ripe (4 large or 5 medium)

3 oz. Bittersweet chocolate

1 oz. Cocoa Powder

2 T. Agave, 100% pure

1/8th tsp. Pure vanilla extract

¼ tsp. Kosher salt

 

Preparation:

  1. Add flesh of avocados to a food processor.
  2. Prepare a double broiler by adding 4-5 cups of water to a small to medium pot.  Bring to a simmer then top with bowl.
  3. Melt chocolate, constantly stir, and add to the food processor with avocados.
  4. Add remaining ingredients to food processor then pulse until smooth. 
  5. Enjoy at room temperature or chill for 5-10 minutes if desired and top with toasted coconut and strawberries or enjoy as you please.
