Balsamic Vinaigrette

Servings:  20-24

Total Time:  15 minutes

Ingredients:

1-2 each            Garlic cloves

½ T.                   Dijon mustard

8 oz.                  Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

1 oz.                  Honey, local

8 oz.                  Extra virgin olive oil

to taste              Salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Combine garlic, Dijon, honey, balsamic vinegar using a blender until smooth.
  2. Slowly add olive oil in a slow stream until emulsified.
  3. Adjust seasonings and enjoy!
