Yield: 32 brownies

Ingredients:
45 oz Black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup Honey
1 cup Coconut oil
3 tsp Vanilla extract
½ cup Sugar
1 cup Cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Salt
6 each Eggs
2 cups Chocolate chips, semi sweet or dark chocolate
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place beans, coconut oil, sugar and honey into a food processor and blend.
- Add cocoa powder, salt, baking powder and vanilla extract.
- Add eggs and blend.
- Mix in 1 cup of the chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into a greased pan, 9- or 11×13” pan and pour the rest of the chocolate chips over the brownie batter.
- Bake for 30 to 45 minutes.
- Enjoy!
