Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients

2 lb. Chicken Breast 6each
1 oz GF Flour
1 oz Egg Wash
1 oz Panko Breadcrumbs
2 oz Marinara Sauce
1 oz Mozzarella Cheese
0.5 oz Parmesan Cheese

 

Procedures
1 Tenderize the chicken to insure the breasts are the same thickness throughout
2 Dust the chicken in the flour then into the egg wash
3 Move from the egg wash to the bread crumbs. Press down on the chicken to insure that the breading sticks
4 Place a pan over medium heat and saute the chicken till golden brown on one side, flip & repeat
5 Place the chicken on a baking sheet and top with 1oz. of marinara and mozzarella and parmesan cheese
6 Place the chicken into a 375* oven to melt the cheese
7 Plate the chicken and sauce with the remaining marinara sauce
