Ingredients:
1 teaspoon Olive oil
4 (5-6 oz.) Bone-in pork chops
1 teaspoon Chili powder
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Chipotle powder
1 teaspoon Cumin
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Black pepper, ground
1 each Lime, juiced
Method:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Warm a sauté pan to medium-high heat. Add olive oil.
- Combine seasonings and season on both sides.
- Once the pan is hot, add seasoned pork and sear on one side for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the sauté pan and place on a parchment paper lined sheet tray.
- Squeeze the lime juice over the pork chops.
- Place sheet tray in the oven for 5-7 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 150 degrees.
- Let rest for pork to reach 155 degrees. Serve warm.
