Ingredients
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 bunch fresh cilantro
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
Instructions
- Add cashews to Vitamix and thoroughly pulverize. Slowly add water until creamy, stopping at your desired level of creaminess (this will take anywhere from 1-2 cups of water).
- Add cilantro, lime, and salt. Puree until smooth.
Notes
Nutrition Information: If you're not a cilantro fan, feel free to substitute any herb of your choice. Fresh dill or rosemary would make great alternatives. Gluten-free, dairy free.
