Cilantro Cashew Dressing

Looking for more ways to use cilantro? You'll love the way this dressing pairs with seasonal summer produce, Mexican-inspired dishes, and well, pretty much anything. Seriously – once you start making your own salad dressing, you might never go back to storebought. This recipe does require a powerful blender or food processor (we like Vitamix).
