Makes ~4 cups
Ingredients:
1 ½ c Cottage Cheese
1 Tbs Water
1 ¾ c Almond flour
1 T Molasses
2 T Maple Syrup
½ t Vanilla Extract
¼ t Almond Extract
Pinch Salt
½ c Chopped Chocolate
Directions:
- Blend cottage cheese and water in a vitamix until smooth
- Transfer to a bowl and add all other ingredients. Mix with a rubber spatula until combined
- Taste and make any necessary changes. Enjoy!
Chef Notes:
- Try playing around with other cookie flavors
- Pumpkin
- Snickerdoodle
- Add some dried fruit, fresh fruit or nuts if desired!
- Add cocoa powder for more chocolate flavor
