  • 8 oz. Golden Milk, see recipe
  • 1 each Ripe banana or diced ripe mango, optional
  • 1 cup Ice


  • If you do not have Golden Milk prepared, execute that recipe first.
  • Chill prepared Golden Milk in fridge overnight.
  • Once Golden Milk is chilled, pour 8 oz. or 1 cup into a blender.
  • Add your fruit of choice. Avoid using frozen fruit as the smoothie may come out too thick once ice is added.
  • Add ice to thin out your beverage as well as making the smoothie extra cold and refreshing. Enjoy!
