Ingredients:
4 oz. Cashews, raw
1 1/2 each Avocados
2 oz. Apple cider vinegar
2 1/2 each Lemons, juiced
1/4 bunch Basil, fresh
1/2 bunch Cilantro
1/2 each Serrano pepper, optional
1 oz. Dijon mustard
1 T. Nutritional yeast
4 oz. Extra virgin olive oil
to taste Kosher salt
Procedure:
- Place all the ingredients in a blender except for the olive oil and blend on high.
- Pour the olive oil through the top of the blender while continuing to blend.
- Enjoy!
