  • 1 T. Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 T. Honey, local
  • ½ tsp. Paprika, ground
  • ¼ tsp. Kosher salt

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes. This prevents your wood from catching on fire and is essential to do.
  • In a mason jar or mixing bowl, combine all wet ingredients until stirred well.
  • Add shrimp to the marinade and let rest for at least 15-20 minutes.
  • Preheat a grill to medium high heat.
  • Add shrimp to skewers, 4-5 shrimp per skewer.
  • Fold two large pieces of foil into 4-5 fold-thick pieces. Place these on the grill, the distance between the ends of the skewers.
  • Season shrimp lightly with salt and pepper.
  • Add shrimp to the grill, the ends of the skewers touching the foil and the shrimp touching the grill.
  • Grill shrimp on each side for 1 ½ to 2 minutes, ensuring you create grill marks. Enjoy with your favorite sides.
