  • 6 each Hass avocados, ripe, flesh removed
  • 3 each Jalapenos, seeded, cored and minced
  • ¼ each Red onion, peeled, minced
  • 3 each Limes, juiced
  • ½ bunch Cilantro leaves, fresh
  • 1 tsp. Garlic powder
  • to taste Salt


  • Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and adjust seasonings.
  • Store in quart container, place plastic wrap on top to seal air.
