Ingredients
- 6 oz. Chipotle in Adobo, stems discarded
- 1 each Garlic clove, peeled
- ½ T. Dried oregano
- ¼ bunch Cilantro, stems and leaves
- ½ each Lime, juiced
- 1 oz. Honey, local
- ½ oz. Water
- 1 oz. Red wine vinegar
- 5 oz. Olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Using blender/Vitamix, blend all ingredients except olive oil until smooth consistency.
- Slowly immerse olive oil with ingredients while blender is on low to moderate setting.
- Check consistency and adjust seasonings. Make sure not to over blend.
- Use salt and pepper to taste.
- Enjoy!
