  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 2 T. honey
  • 3 T. champagne vinegar
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • ¼ tsp. sea salt


  • Whisk all ingredients together with a whisk or fork (or, add ingredients to a mason ball jar, seal and shake).
  • Season to taste. Enjoy on a salad or use as a marinade!
