- 2 lemons, juiced
- 2 T. honey
- 3 T. champagne vinegar
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- ⅓ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- ¼ tsp. sea salt
- Whisk all ingredients together with a whisk or fork (or, add ingredients to a mason ball jar, seal and shake).
- Season to taste. Enjoy on a salad or use as a marinade!
