- 1 cup Extra virgin olive oil or any olive oil
- 1/3 to ½ cup Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 T. White distilled vinegar
- 1 ½ T. Honey, local
- 1 cup Mixed herbs, fresh (flat leaf parsley, basil, thyme)
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into a vitamix or blender and puree until smooth.
- Season to taste. Enjoy!
