LEMON HERB VINAIGRETTE

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Extra virgin olive oil or any olive oil
  • 1/3 to ½ cup Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 T. White distilled vinegar
  • 1 ½ T. Honey, local
  • 1 cup Mixed herbs, fresh (flat leaf parsley, basil, thyme)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients into a vitamix or blender and puree until smooth.
  • Season to taste. Enjoy!

Provides antioxidants from the herbs and lemon juice as well as essential fatty acids. Gluten-free, dairy free, nut free.
