Ingredients

  • 1 can coconut milk, full fat
  • 1 fresh ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 T. fresh ginger, peeled and roughly chopped

Instructions

  • Add ingredients to blender and puree until smooth.
  • Garnish glass with additional mango if desired.
