Miso Broth

Ingredients

4 oz White Miso
1 oz Honey
1 Tbsp. Sambal (chili-garlic sauce)
16 oz Vegetable Stock
1 Tbsp. Lemon Grass
1 Tbsp. Ginger

 

Procedures
1 Slice the lemon grass and ginger then smack with a meat tenderizer
2 Place all the ingredients in a sauce pot and bring to a boil, reduce and simmer for 30 min.
3 Strain the liquid and serve.
