A simple, unique dressing that makes for a great salad topper, or marinade for seafood and chicken.

  • 3 T. pure honey or agave syrup
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup + 2 T. dijon mustard
  • 1 T. fresh parsley, minced
  • 1 T. fresh dill, minced
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/8 tsp Kosher salt


This dressing contains a little added sugar, healthy fats and works well with most salad ingredients. Store dressing in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
