| 1 | Place the orange juice in a large saucepan over medium heat and reduce to half its original volume | |||||
| 2 | Add the honey, soy, mirin, rice vinegar & sambal to the pot | |||||
| 3 | Mix cornstarch and water together to make a slurry | |||||
| 4 | Pour some of the slurry in the pot to thicken the sauce | |||||
| 5 | The sauce will become cloudy with the slurry | |||||
| 6 | The slurry is completely cooked when the liquid has become translucent | |||||
| 7 | Remove from the heat and add the cilantro | |||||
