Place the orange juice in a large saucepan over medium heat and reduce to half its original volume |

Add the honey, soy, mirin, rice vinegar & sambal to the pot |

Mix cornstarch and water together to make a slurry |

Pour some of the slurry in the pot to thicken the sauce |

The sauce will become cloudy with the slurry |

The slurry is completely cooked when the liquid has become translucent |

Remove from the heat and add the cilantro |
