Ingredients:
¾ cup butter, melted
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
1 egg + 1 yolk 2 eggs (1 divided)
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all purpose flour
¾ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 ⅓ cup chocolate chips, semisweet or dark
½ cup frozen raspberries
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine butter, sugar and brown sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until well combined.
- Mix/sift in dry ingredients – all purpose flour, baking soda and salt.
- Fold in chocolate.
- Add berries and don’t overmix.
- Scoop into cookies, about 2 T. each.
- Baking for 10-11 minutes or until done.
