Sauteed Cauliflower Rice

Total Time: 15 minutes


  • 1 each Cauliflower head, large, stem and leaves removed
  • 1 ½ tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 each Garlic cloves, minced (optional)
  • ¼ tsp. Kosher salt


  • Remove stem and leaves from cauliflower head.
  • Using a sharp knife, cut through the cauliflower while shaving down the sides as you move through the entire head. Be sure to cut the cauliflower into evenly sized pieces.
  • Add cauliflower to a food processor and pulse 7-9 times until desired size.
  • Add olive oil to a medium sauté pan.
  • Add garlic to the pan and turn on the heat to medium high. Cook garlic for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add cauliflower to the pan and let it sit and cook for at least 1 minute, allowing one side of the cauliflower rice to brown.
  • Stir and allow rice to sit for another 1-2 minutes. Stir and cook for another minute until done.
  • Taste and season to your preference. Enjoy!
