Ingredients
- 2 cups unsweetened cashew milk, homemade if possible
- 1/2 cup coconut milk, canned, full fat
- 1/3 cup raw cashews
- 4 dates, pitted
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. freshly ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
- Pinch ground cloves
- Pinch sea salt or pink salt
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients into a high-speed blender and process until smooth and creamy.
- Serve immediately as is, or add your own personal flair. Garnish with a sprinkle of freshly ground nutmeg on top.
- Store in fridge for up to 7 days in a sealed container.
