- 1/2 each Banana, frozen
- 1/2 cup Spinach, raw
- 2 each Date, pitted
- 1/2 cup Berries of choice
- 1/2 cup cup Greek yogurt, plain
- 8 oz. Coconut milk, unsweetened
- Add all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth. Enjoy!
