Ingredients
- 1 cup Tomatillo, cut into 1/8ths
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 1 each Red onion, small, small diced
- ¼ cup Lime juice, fresh
- ¼ bunch Cilantro leaves, minced
- 3 each Jalapenos, deseeded, cored, small diced
- to taste Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Combine ingredients together, taste and adjust seasonings.
- Store in a sealed container and keep up to 7-10 days.
