Ingredients
- 1 can Coconut milk, full fat
- 3 T. Chia seeds
- 1 ½ T. Honey, local
- ½ T. Pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a medium sized mixing bowl. Stir all ingredients until well combined.
- Cover bowl with airtight seal, saran wrap, or pour into single serve portions (e.g., ramekins).
- Allow the mixture to chill for at least 2 hours before serving. Feel free to let this chill and rest overnight.
- Enjoy in the morning, as a snack and add toppings such as mixed berries or cooked apples.
