White Bean Patty

Total Time:  30 minutes

 

Ingredients:

1, 14 oz can Cannellini beans

2 tsp Liquid Aminos/Coconut Aminos

1 t Garlic Powder

1 t Onion Powder

1 t Smoked Paprika

1 t Black pepper

1 cup Panko breadcrumbs

1 T Honey

 

Directions:

  1. Pour into a medium sized mixing bowl. Mix together with hands or spoon until beans are mashed and ingredients are incorporated.
    1. Optional to mix in a food processor instead.
  2. Make 9, 2 oz. cakes using a ¼ cup measuring scoop or 2 oz. scoop. 
  3. Place cakes on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.  Enjoy!!
