Ingredients:
1, 14 oz can Cannellini beans
2 tsp Liquid Aminos/Coconut Aminos
1 t Garlic Powder
1 t Onion Powder
1 t Smoked Paprika
1 t Black pepper
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
1 T Honey
Directions:
- Pour into a medium sized mixing bowl. Mix together with hands or spoon until beans are mashed and ingredients are incorporated.
- Optional to mix in a food processor instead.
- Make 9, 2 oz. cakes using a ¼ cup measuring scoop or 2 oz. scoop.
- Place cakes on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Enjoy!!
