Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2 | Roast onions, garlic, red bell pepper in an oven with Chili powder, paprika, oregano, salt, & black pepper for 15 min | |||||
3 | Add ingredients to a pot with oil and heat until sizzling | |||||
4 | Deglaze with sherry and reduce | |||||
5 | Add vegetable stock and simmer until vegetables are mashable | |||||
6 | Blend with an immersian blender or a vitamix | |||||
7 | Adjust for seasonings |
